Rhonda established Bentonville Merchant District in 2000. She and her husband, Harrison French, designed and built The Merchant Building after designing and building The 809 Building. She leads the BMD team and guides the misson and vision of our company, and is excited about creating similar live-work development in the future. She and her husband have three daughters and love to ski and travel with them.

Pam is currently celebrating her 14th year with Bentonville Merchant District. Pam spends her days attending to important daily communications and operations of BMD and Merchant Flats on 8th. We couldn't do it without her. Pam loves to spend time kayaking on the water as much as possible and spending time with her kids and grandbabies!
